You'll have trouble looking for it, as the rest of the complex has much more prominent signage. It's next to Edible Arrangements. The trouble is worth it. The decor's 80's aesthetic aside, this is a great place to get a delicious, reliably fresh, pan-Asian flavor set. I highly recommend the $10 combo, pictured, with crunchy dumplings and rich soy sauce, green curry with rice, a pork bun, and soda. I'm in love.

Sesame noodles are delicious as are the sesame balls. Not a fan of the bun. Steamed veggie dumplings good. Atmosphere could use some updates but the food makes up for it. Always prefer washable plates and utensils for eat in, none of which present to limit trash. Nice employees. To go is usually what I do.

My husband and I popped into Marco & Luca when we went a on weekend trip to Charlottesville. Their menu is pretty simplistic, with only dumplings, cold noodles, buns, and chicken curry. I was excited to see they had a combo that had a little bit of everything (minus the cold noodles) plus a drink. I thought all of this for $13 was a reasonable price. The chicken curry was good, but dumplings and bun were the stars of the meal for me. These were some of the best dumplings I've had and the bun was soft and warm without being dry. I think if I were to go again, I would get a larger order of dumplings and a bun.

Good and cheap! This place is amazing - we visit whenever we come to Charlottesville. My mother is a Chinese Cook and this place is on point when it comes to taste, authenticity and value! We have met the owner and her team is friendly and fast. Here you get good food served by good people!

I adore their dumplings and was so excited to try the sesame balls for the first time. The sauces that came with them were in TINY cups and really not enough. The prices have gone up considerably. Just so you know you order at a counter and collect your own food.

Fantastic food and friendly, accommodating customer service. While in the area, I stopped here for some takeout. The chicken curry is really, really good. There’s just enough spice to it to add a depth of flavor but not too much that it makes it hard to eat. I’d definitely order it again. The dumplings were crispy and the filling is delicious. The bao are soft, fluffy, and just slightly sweet which works really well with the savory filling. I highly recommend Marco & Luca!

The owner is the sweetest woman!! I came with two of my boys and even though they close in 15 minutes she insisted we sit down to enjoy our meal. I also had to order more dumplings to go and my little one wanted another drink five minutes before close. She was so kind and gracious she just gave it to him. Our first visit there was with my sister in law and our three boys and again the owner was so friendly that she have is extra dumplings for the kids and talked to us for a bit!

The food was fantastic. I had the hot and sour soup, chicken curry, fried dumplings and sesame balls. Ambience and decor is like a hole in the wall. There’s ample parking.
